Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and certified Cybersecurity Trainer to join our team as an independent consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to individuals and organizations seeking to enhance their cybersecurity skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive training programs in cybersecurity, including course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises
Deliver training sessions to students, either in-person or online, on various cybersecurity topics, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cybersecurity and update training programs accordingly
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback and guidance
Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training programs
Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and education
Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or OSCP.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and incident response
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage and motivate students
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
Ability to work independently as a consultant
